Patriots · stadium concerts · event weekends
Hotels near Gillette Stadium and in Foxboro sell out on event nights. Whole apartments 30-40 minutes away, sleeping up to 10, free parking. Book direct.
Big nights at Gillette Stadium - a Patriots game, a stadium concert, two shows back to back - fill Foxborough's hotels first, and what is left is priced to match. When Zach Bryan played two nights in October 2026, Google was showing the Hilton Garden Inn at Patriot Place at $1,310 a night nine days out, Home2 Suites in Walpole at $678, and the Americas Best Value Inn in Foxboro - an $80 motel on a normal weekend - at $449.
Our apartments are 30 to 40 minutes from the stadium, south of Boston with a straight run down Route 1. A whole apartment for the group - separate bedrooms (and a sofa bed for the largest groups), a kitchen for the morning after, free parking at the door - and one booking instead of two or three hotel rooms. Pick your event dates in the calendar on any apartment above to see the live total and book direct with no booking fee.
Gillette Stadium sits in Foxborough, not in Boston, and the towns around it have a limited number of hotel rooms. When 65,000 people arrive for a Patriots game, a Revolution match, a stadium concert or a tournament, those rooms sell out early and price accordingly. Groups get split across two or three properties, or pushed out to whatever is left within half an hour.
Staying in Boston solves it differently. You get one apartment, one booking, everyone together, at a nightly rate that does not spike simply because there is an event down the road.
This surprises people. Our Hyde Park apartments are roughly 30 minutes from the stadium, and our Dorchester apartments 35 to 40 minutes, because both sit on the south side of the city with a clean run down Route 1 and I-95.
A hotel in downtown Boston or the Seaport is considerably further out and has to fight through city traffic before it even reaches the highway. If your day involves getting to Foxborough and back, starting south of downtown is a real advantage rather than a compromise.
We are not going to pretend parking is the reason to book here, because Gillette handles it well. General parking in the lots across Route 1 is free for any valid ticket holder with no reservation needed. Stadium-side passes for Patriots games go to season ticket members and are sold out for 2026; any released later have to be bought online with a Visa card. Lots open four hours before kickoff for Patriots games, and everything is cashless.
What does help is arriving in fewer cars. A group of eight staying in one apartment can travel in two vehicles rather than four, which matters far more on Route 1 than the parking rate does.
The bookings we see for stadium events are almost never couples. They are friends travelling in from several states, extended families meeting in the middle, or a team and its parents.
That is what these apartments are for. Three and four bedroom units, with a sofa bed for the largest groups, a full kitchen for the morning after, laundry in most units, and free off-street parking. Nobody is sleeping on a hotel rollaway and nobody is eating a $22 hotel breakfast.
Patriots home games: the Packers on November 8, the Bills on December 6 and the Vikings on Thursday December 10. Navy plays Notre Dame at Gillette on October 31, and the Revolution host Inter Miami on November 1. There are no more stadium concerts this year.
Daryl is a great host! So responsive and flexible as my family and I had to coordinate a multi-state gathering in Boston to go to the World Cup. He made sure we could access the apartment a few hours before checkout so we could drop our bags and head to the stadium on time. He was so gracious.— verified guest review
Our Hyde Park apartments are about 30 minutes from the stadium and our Dorchester apartments 35 to 40, with a clean run down Route 1 and I-95. That is closer than the downtown Boston and Seaport hotels, which have to get through city traffic before they reach the highway.
General parking in the lots across Route 1 is free for any valid ticket holder, with no reservation needed. Stadium-side prepaid parking is $50 a vehicle and has to be bought in advance with the same email as your tickets. Lots open four hours before kickoff for Patriots games, and everything is cashless.

Pick your dates on any apartment and the calendar shows the total for exactly those nights before you pay. Booking direct carries no booking fee, and you can cancel any time before check-in for a full refund.
When Foxborough's hotels fill on event weekends, our Hyde Park apartments are about 30 minutes from the stadium and the Dorchester ones 35 to 40, down Route 1 and I-95: whole apartments sleeping up to 10, free parking, one booking for the group.
