Apartments for a Boston Concert Weekend

Late finish, no last-train panic

Hotels near TD Garden on a concert night, or a whole apartment 20 minutes away for up to 10, free parking, no $65 garage bill. MGM Music Hall and Agganis too.

What parking at TD Garden actually costs on a concert night

TD Garden event parking runs roughly $30 to $65 depending on where you land. The North Station Garage sits directly beneath the arena and charges $60 pre-purchased, $65 on the day if you arrive within four hours of the start time. The average pass across the venue works out around $61.

That is one night, one car. Come in two cars for a weekend and the parking alone is a meaningful share of what you paid for the tickets. Every apartment here includes free off-street parking for the whole stay.

Where the shows are

The big venues are TD Garden, the MGM Music Hall at Fenway, Agganis Arena at Boston University, and the theatres downtown.

All of them sit within a straightforward drive of the apartments, and all of them empty several thousand people onto the street at once when the show ends.

The part nobody plans for: getting back at midnight

An arena show finishes late. That is the moment a downtown hotel looks clever and a far-flung one looks like a mistake - and the moment when relying on the last train stops being relaxing.

With your own car parked free at the apartment, the end of the night is a drive, not a negotiation. No surge fare, no working out whether the T is still running, no splitting the group across two rideshares.

Built for the group that travels for shows

Concert trips skew to friends travelling together and families taking teenagers to a first big show. Either way it is four to eight people who would rather not be split across hotel rooms.

These are whole apartments - up to four bedrooms, plus a sofa bed for the largest groups, a full kitchen so you are not paying for every meal, and laundry in most units. One booking covers the group, and the nightly rate does not spike simply because there is a show in town.

TD Garden concerts, Celtics and Bruins games this fall

Concerts: Rod Wave (October 25), KATSEYE (October 28), John Summit (October 29), Journey (November 10), Sombr (November 18), Doja Cat (November 23), Andrea Bocelli (December 10) and the Kiss 108 Jingle Ball (December 13).

The Celtics play 16 home games from October 23 to December 28, including Christmas Day against Miami, and the Bruins 20 from October 22 to December 30, including 1pm on Black Friday, November 27, against Toronto.

Daryl's place was exactly what my friends and I were looking for for our weekend in Boston! It was a great price in an accessible location, and boasted comfortable sleeping arrangements in a spacious apartment.— verified guest review

Common questions

Is parking included?
Yes. Every apartment has its own free off-street parking, so you are not paying a garage on top of the stay and you are not circling for a space when you arrive.
Can we check in late after a show?
Yes. Check-in is self check-in, so a late arrival after a concert is not a problem - there is no front desk closing at a set hour.
Is it the whole apartment?
The whole apartment, to yourself. Your own front door, your own kitchen, laundry in most units, and no front desk. Most of our buildings have more than one apartment, each rented separately, so you may share the entrance or stairs with other guests - but nobody else is inside your apartment.
Airbnb near TD Garden?
Our apartments are about 20 minutes from TD Garden by car or train (25-30 by car from Hyde Park): whole apartments sleeping up to 10 with free parking, and no $30 to $65 garage bill on show night.
