Every apartment is a whole unit with a full kitchen, free parking and self check-in; all except 17 Ellis A, 19 Ellis A and 19 Ellis B have a washer and dryer inside.
If your plans just fell through
Bookings collapse. Hotels sell out on event weekends and then quote three times the normal rate for the one room left. A lease ends before the next one starts. Work sends you to Boston on Thursday for Friday.

Why this is easier than another hotel search
You are not booking a room in a building with a front desk. These are whole apartments - your own front door, your own kitchen, a washer and dryer in most of them, and somewhere to park that does not cost extra.
That matters most in exactly the situation that brought you here. Most hotel rooms take four, so if there are five to seven of you, one apartment replaces the two rooms you would otherwise need at short notice - usually the thing that is impossible to find. And nobody is sleeping on a rollaway.

The fastest way to sort a same-day stay is to call or text. You reach the owner, who manages the apartments and lives in Boston - not a call centre, not a chatbot, not a queue.
If you need something specific - a late arrival, an extra bed, parking for two cars, a stay that runs from tonight into next week - just ask. Short notice is normal here.
The practical details
Stays run from a single night to several months, and every length books online. Every apartment is a licensed City of Boston short-term rental, so you are booking something legitimate rather than an unregistered listing that could vanish.
Check-in is 3pm and checkout 10am as standard, but on a same-day booking tell us what you need and we will work with it.
Great place to stay! Everything was clean, communication was excellent, and the host was very accommodating. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
